Our original big idea for British Gas, Doing the right thing, helped the brand to effect the transition from energy supplier to more service orientated brand. More recently, the likeable British Gas flames have memorably introduced a raft of new customer-led initiatives, from green electricity to energy efficiency hints & tips to tariffs that freeze customers prices. Cumulatively, theyve done much to keep the brand popular in a difficult period of rising wholesale energy prices.
