As Ocados reach grows across the UK, brand awareness and numbers of new users must grow too. In 2007 CHI was appointed to do just this, and building on the existing Be more demanding Big Idea, we put together a new campaign that targeted smart people leading active lives. The campaign dramatises the unique quality of service Ocado provides, with the thought that its every bit as good as delivering the groceries yourself.
